ORIGINAL JOHNNY BRAVO ANIMATION DRAWING FROM PILOT EPISODE
ORIGINAL JOHNNY BRAVO ANIMATION DRAWING FROM PILOT EPISODE
From 1994, this is an original piece of production art that was from the very first Johnny Bravo short in the “What A Cartoon” series on Cartoon Network. This 10 1/2” X 12 1/2” pencil drawing on animation paper was drawn by Van Partible, the creator. This is an inbetween drawing that was cleaned up with another pencil line, scanned into the computer, and layered over a colored background for the final cartoon. There were no actual cels created for this production so these drawings are the only physical pieces used in the production. For reference, you may click on the screenshot of the actual shot as it appeared in the cartoon.
CONDITION: VF/NM A few light creases on the paper as the item was flipped and used in the animation process.
*** BONUS *** To accompany the layout, Van will also personalize and create an original drawing of Johnny’s iconic face and torso next to his signature on an exclusive 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of paper using a Sharpie marker.
